International shipping: 10–20 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Returns
We want you to love your Ororosa pieces. If something isn't right, we make it easy.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- Final sale items are not eligible for return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
