Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that during high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may experience slight delays.

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Address or Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
After this time, orders may already be processed and we may not be able to make changes.
Ororosa Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
